Requirements

Create a conceptual interior design project for the given residential apartment of 97 sq.m.

• Choose who will live in the apartment;
• Work in the borders of one chosen style;
• Create plans of: new walls construction, ceilings, furniture layout;
• Create renderings of every room.

Vision

To define the requirements for the apartment layout, it was first necessary to establish a clear profile of its future occupants. In order to make the project more realistic, the apartment was designed for a family of three: a couple with a daughter aged between 10 and 13 years.

• A child’s bedroom with a well-sized closet, a desk, and shelving;
• A master bedroom with a private bathroom and a walk-in closet;
• A shared (common) bathroom;
• A dedicated room with good soundproofing for music practice;
• An open kitchen and living area with a television.

Software used: AutoCad, Revit, Blender, Photoshop, InkScape
